A professional negotiator and expert in crisis management and complex negotiations since 1998, he is also an entrepreneur, author of more than 25 books and philanthropist. Former negotiator officer within the RAID, graduate of the FBI National Academy, he is regularly cited by the international press as one of the best negotiators in the world. In 2008, he created the PACIFICAT® complex negotiation framework published in the Negociator reference work, translated into English in 2021. He also implements the HERMIONE© framework resulting from more than 25 years of crisis negotiation practice. Today he chairs the TTA agency and works with his support team with all types of organizations as a speaker, advisor or trainer. He notably teaches Complex Negotiation at HEC Paris. In 2021, he founded the Don de Confiance association. In 2025, he was elected by Global Gurus among the 30 best professional negotiators in the world.

A graduate of the Jean Monet University of Medicine and the Grande Ecole de Management de Grenoble, Stéphanie Furtos worked for nearly 20 years within an international pharmaceutical group in the Marketing-Sales field. Today, she directs Marketing and Media Communication at TTA. She also supports the agency's clients in the design of training courses, internal events and tailor-made programs on the themes of negotiation, leadership, trust and collective agility.

Pierre-Yann is a graphic designer and artistic director. After obtaining a master's degree in publishing, he founded the publishing house Tind, publishing around ten books and magazines. In 2015, he founded his graphic design studio, Recto Verso, with which he designs beautiful books, visual communications and web designs, before publishing his own collection of typographic color charts: Typologie. His studio counts Flammarion, Hachette, Calmann-Lévy and Dupuis among its clients, but also agencies and brands such as Huawei, Dior and Elsevier. He and his team have been responsible for the visual direction of TTA since its beginnings, supporting the marketing department on all its graphic and artistic issues.

Bastien runs an agency specializing in digital marketing which supports opinion leaders and companies wishing to develop their influence. He is an expert in digital strategies, particularly for developing a strong community. A former executive within the GIPN and the RAID in various operational and management functions for more than 30 years, François Elbahri worked in the areas of intervention, intelligence and negotiation in crisis situations. With a degree in neuroscience, Elise specializes in pain management. She studied for around ten years in China, where she defended her thesis in Chinese medicine. In 2012, in the midst of the civil war in Syria, she founded the NGO Elisecare which provides emergency medical and psychological aid to civilian populations survivors of the conflicts. Since then, the NGO has deployed its activities in 6 countries: Syria, Iraq, Ethiopia, Armenia, Lebanon, Ukraine. In 2015, Elisecare was recognized as being of public utility. A leader in her approach, Elise now passes on the methods that have allowed her to unite around her and commit to a common mission whatever the circumstances.

Timothy Mirthil began his career as a journalist and reporter for 15 years. A specialist in Overseas Territories and the Francophonie, he travels through these territories and produces hundreds of reports, sometimes in high-intensity situations. In parallel with this professional career, he became an instructor of the Ethos Flow© method specializing in the management of emotions through breathing and was introduced to a series of practices combining extreme cold and intense stress management. In 2021, he joined the TTA-The Trusted Agency to train leaders, managers or team leaders to manage crisis or high-intensity situations more effectively.

Eric Le Callonnec is General of the Gendarmerie. He is from Saint-Cyrian and a graduate of the FBI National Academy. He left active duty recently, after almost 40 years of service. During his numerous command missions in crisis situations, he demonstrates his spirit of responsibility, his sense of humanity and the collective.
