ACCESS FOR DISABLED PEOPLE TO TRAINING
TTA – The Trusted Agency implements all necessary means to welcome people with disabilities into training without discrimination. We also ensure equal rights and opportunities for people with disabilities to access training and qualifications.
To do this, we are developing the educational accessibility of training by thinking about and organizing the reception of people with disabilities even before receiving them on the training site.
We seek to facilitate the identification of skills and constraints linked to the person's disability, with regard to the different components of the training environment: pace and duration of modules, adapted teaching methods and supports, location of training and exercises, etc.
We collectively define the accommodations useful for compensating for the person's disability throughout their training (in the training center and with their employer).
