Each SFC ends with a debriefing conference allowing participants to consolidate the key lessons learned from the course.

When we benefit from the experience of the best experts, the organization is excellent, the welcome extraordinarily friendly, the place eco-designed and perfectly created in a spirit that is both “Campus” and “Like at home”, we can only progress. Thanks to Julie, Stéphanie, Sébastien and everyone whose name I didn't remember (eg: the Smoothie bottle this morning, thank you) and who were attentive and worth mentioning!! Unexpected, pleasant and enriching encounters. All this within an eco-responsible space inspiring sharing, kindness and creativity. An experience whose seed just needs to grow. Thanks again everyone.
An invigorating experience, both through the quality of Laurent's interventions and through the practical exercises in subgroups, all in an exceptional and attentive setting. I come back with very concrete principles of action that are simple to implement in terms of posture: Understand the issues of the parties, formalize a common objective and share it, define the mandate with axes and levels (entry, objective, shift, rupture) and finally accept your emotions so as not to suffer them. A big thank you and congratulations to Julie for coordinating the rope operations and to Tim for introducing me to TTA!
