Internal regulations

Article 1: Object

The purpose of these regulations is to define the rules applicable during training provided by the company LSCO CONSULTING. The regulations define the scope of application, the health and safety rules, the rules relating to discipline and attendance as well as the nature of the sanctions that can be taken against participants who contravene them.

Article 2: Persons concerned

These regulations apply to all participants registered for a training session provided by the company LSCO CONSULTING for the entire duration of the training followed. Only participants who have paid the training price, as stipulated in the general conditions of sale of the company LSCO CONSULTING, will be authorized to enter the training venue.

Each participant is considered to have accepted the terms of these regulations when he follows training provided by the company LSCO CONSULTING and accepts that measures will be taken against him in the event of non-compliance with the latter.

Article 3: Training locations

The training takes place in principle at the head office of the company LSCO CONSULTING, namely BOIS DE FRÉMY 89350 VILLENEUVE-LES-GENÊTS. They can take place indoors or outdoors. outside, at the choice of the trainers.

As an exception, training can take place on the premises of one or more participants. In this case, the participant(s) concerned are responsible for the application and compliance with all of the rules contained in these internal regulations.

The provisions of these internal regulations are applicable not only within the premises and spaces of the company LSCO CONSULTING but also in any premises or space in which the training provided by the company LSCO CONSULTING takes place.

Article 4: General rules

Each participant must ensure their personal safety and that of others by respecting the general and specific safety and hygiene instructions in force at the training location.

Article 5: Specific rules

Article 5.1.: Alcoholic drinks and drugs

Participants are prohibited from entering or remaining on the training site while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Likewise, participants are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages or drugs of any kind into the training site.

Article 5.2.: No Smoking

Pursuant to Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 setting the conditions of application of the ban on smoking in places designated for collective use, as well as Decree No. 2017-633 of April 25, 2017 relating to the conditions of application of the ban on vaping in certain places for collective use, it is prohibited to smoke and vape in premises and training spaces, except in places possibly reserved for this use.

Article 5.3.: Hygiene instructions linked to the health situation (COVID-19)

Article 6: Food places

The LSCO CONSULTING company does not deliver or sell meals at the training location.

Meals on site will be the responsibility of the participants who must have prepared them and brought them with them.

Article 7: Fire instructions

Fire instructions and in particular a plan for locating fire extinguishers and emergency exits are posted in the training premises so that they are known to all participants.

In the event of an alert, the participant must stop all training activities and calmly follow the instructions of the trainer or the emergency services.

Article 8: Accident

Any accident or incident occurring during or during training must be immediately reported by the injured participant or persons witnessing the accident to the training manager.

The accident occurring during training is the subject of a declaration by the training manager to his insurer.

Article 9: Attire and behavior

Participants are invited to arrive at the training location in decent clothing. They are also required to behave correctly towards trainers and other participants present.

Article 10: Training times

The training schedules are brought to the attention of the participants either when the participant signs the intervention contract/order form, or by consulting the training schedules on the website of the company LSCO CONSULTING, or by sending an email to the company LSCO CONSULTING.

Each participant is required to respect the planned training times.

LSCO CONSULTING reserves the right to modify training schedules according to its needs. Participants must comply with the modifications made by the company LSCO CONSULTING to the organizational schedules.

An attendance sheet must be signed by participants upon their arrival at the training location.

Article 11: Access to the training location

Unless expressly authorized by the company LSCO CONSULTING, participants having access to the training location may not enter or remain there for other purposes, nor facilitate the entry of third parties who have not registered for the training(s) provided.

Article 12: Use of equipment

Each participant has the obligation to keep in good condition the equipment that may be entrusted to them during their training. In this case, participants are required to use the material in accordance with its purpose. The use of the material for other purposes, in particular personal purposes, is prohibited, except for the material made available for this purpose.

At the end of the training, each participant is required to return all materials and documents in their possession belonging to the company LSCO CONSULTING, except the educational documents distributed during the training.

Article 13: Records

It is strictly forbidden, without prior written agreement from the company LSCO CONSULTING, to record or film training sessions.

Article 14: Educational documentation

The educational documentation provided during the training sessions is protected by copyright and may not be reused other than for strict personal use.

Article 15: Liability of the company LSCO CONSULTING in the event of theft or damage to personal property of participants

The company LSCO CONSULTING declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to the personal objects of participants at the training site.

Article 16: Sanctions

Any failure by the participant to comply with one of the provisions of these internal regulations may be subject to a sanction which will consist, in the most extreme case, of the expulsion of the participant concerned from the training location and the impossibility for said participant to subsequently register for training provided by the company LSCO CONSULTING.

The company LSCO CONSULTING reserves the right to adapt (temper) the sanction according to the seriousness of the breach observed.

Each participant will have the right to submit their remarks, explanations and justifications orally and in writing to the company LSCO CONSULTING.

Article 17: Advertisement
