PROFESSIONAL ETHICS OF TTA TRAINERS

All TTA – The Trusted Agency trainers undertake to respect all the ethical rules applicable to the profession.

All TTA – The Trusted Agency trainers are particularly committed to respecting the rules of respect for the human person, confidentiality, neutrality and respect for commitments made to clients, principals, trainees, suppliers and all their staff.

All TTA – The Trusted Agency trainers undertake to never exceed their role as trainers, to never exert psychological pressure on trainees and to prohibit any form of proselytism or propaganda of any nature whatsoever, particularly religious or political.

All trainers at the TTA – The Trusted Agency undertake to respect and enforce the professional rules in force with respect to their fellow trainers, in particular prohibiting any derogatory remarks, any unfair competition or any capture of customers.

All TTA – The Trusted Agency trainers undertake to respect the copyright and reproduction rights of the documents they may use and to request the required authorizations when necessary.

All TTA – The Trusted Agency trainers undertake to know and apply the laws and regulations, in particular Part VI of the Labor Code, by respecting the six criteria defined by Decree No. 2015-790 of June 30, 2015 relating to the quality of continuing professional training actions:

  • The precise identification of the objectives of the training and its adaptation to the trained audience.
  • Adapting reception, educational monitoring and evaluation systems to trainee populations.
  • The adequacy of educational, technical and supervisory resources to the training offer.
  • Professional qualification and continuing training of personnel responsible for training.
  • The conditions for informing the public about the training offer, its access times and the results obtained.
  • Taking into account the assessments made by the trainees.
