The training modules produced by the agency are tailored to objectives set by the company and the participants’ expectations.
The agency’s teaching methods are based on shifting participants to immerse them in a world that is very different from their own so that they can learn and use the tools as best possible. At the end of each “shifted” sequence, a transposition questioning session is carried out so that the participants can integrate these tools in their daily life. Priority is given to sharing experiences, debriefings of concrete cases and role play.
