The campus
A UNIQUE,
CONFIDENTIAL SITE
In 2010, when Laurent Combalbert bought this several hectare large forest, less than two hours from Paris to build his home, he didn’t imagine the importance it would have in his personal and professional life.
This place has become his base for preparing his crisis management and complex negotiation interventions. It allows him to find the inspiration, the resourcefulness and the calm necessary to carry out his missions and write his books and novels.

A UNIQUE, CONFIDENTIAL SITE
In 2010, when Laurent Combalbert bought this several hectare large forest, less than two hours from Paris to build his home, he didn’t imagine the importance it would have in his personal and professional life.
This place has become his base for preparing his crisis management and complex negotiation interventions. It allows him to find the inspiration, the resourcefulness and the calm necessary to carry out his missions and write his books and novels.
Later on, family and friends came to spend special moments in the heart of the forest. They all said that they felt the same energy and each had a unique experience.
Today, the forest has been expanded by a few hectares. An organic vegetable garden means that guests can enjoy a diversified, seasonal diet. A pond and several water points contribute to the local plant and animal biodiversity. The private wooden house, as well as a new, larger house nearby are fed by solar power. It has meant that he can welcome his friends, and now his closest clients with the birth of The Trusted Agency, its Campus and its Foundation.

PROTECTION
OF BIODIVERSITY
The green spaces, woods, ponds and biodiversity zones were designed with the help and genius mind of Eric Lenoir, landscape designer and punk gardener, author of “Petit traitĂ© du jardin punk : Apprendre Ă  dĂ©sapprendre”. Each of these spaces is designed to attract, retain and protect a maximum number of animal and plant species. The beehives, cared for by beekeeper Arnaud Ponchon, allow the bees to flourish in a protected environment and to pollinate the forest garden and the vegetable garden. We welcome children and parents to all of these places for the Sylvania Foundation awareness and training activities.
WORKING TOGETHER
WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY
The products served on the Campus are local and organic as far as possible. We work in close collaboration with producers and artisans close to the site, who promote the skills and know-how inherent to the Puisaye region. We choose products from as short a distance away as possible to encourage mutual support between producers and consumers and the sustainable development of the region.
RESOURCE
PRESERVATION
The Campus is partly self-sufficient in terms of food through its forest-garden, developed in collaboration with Fabrice Desjours, author of the book “Jardins – ForĂŞts – Un nouvel art de vivre et de produire”. A permaculture vegetable garden and a chicken coop installed in the heart of the forest complete our food supply.
